Background: Stapled Hemorroidectomy is more popular alternative, has higher safety profile, and quickly established than the open procedure. Objective:The study aimed to compare between early post-operative outcomes of haemorrhoidectomy stapled. Methods:A total 50 patients age group 20 70years who were diagnosed with grade 3 4 hemorrhoids, divided into two groups equally. contains 25 Patients undergoing Open Patients. Comparative analysis done based on student’s T test using SPSS 24 software version. The level significance was set 5% (p < 0.05). Results: There 52% males 48% females in 64% 36% group. had haemorrhoids groups, 44% 56% groups. In 16% stapled 24% blood loss seen. 12% staple 20% necessary supportive stitching. observed residential prolapse but not patients. duration hospital stay (in days) 1.96±0.82 days as compared 3.98±0.78 Comparing only 4% group, 80% discharged within 2 at end 72% discharged. Conclusions: Milligan-Morgan easy haemorrhoidectomyinvolves shorter operation, fewer postoperative pain an analgesic need, stays a faster rehabilitation, earlier work back, confirms.
